1. Who controls your data

The GetSimGo operator identified below is responsible for personal information processed through this website and service.

• Order and service information, such as destination, plan, price, payment status, eSIM identifiers, activation status and remaining usage.
• Referral and promotion information, including referral codes, links and reward status.
• Support communications and information you choose to provide.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, logs and fraud signals.

Payment card details are collected directly by the payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders, provision and support eSIMs, send service messages, administer referrals, prevent fraud, comply with law, improve the service and send marketing where you have consented or where otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing without stopping essential order and account messages.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share only the information reasonably needed with providers that help run the service, including Keepgo for eSIM provisioning and usage, Cloudflare for hosting, security and email routing, Brevo for transactional and marketing email, and payment processors such as TBC Bank or PayPal when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a corporate transaction.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual, organizational or legal safeguards intended to protect transferred information.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of record and applicable law. We then delete or anonymize the information.
