1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and the GetSimGo operator identified below. By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you purchase on behalf of another person, you are responsible for giving that person the information needed to use the eSIM.

2. Our service

GetSimGo sells digital eSIM data plans for compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. Plan coverage, included data, validity and supported networks are displayed before checkout. Top-ups are not currently available. Each new plan purchase provides a separate eSIM for installation. Mobile service is supplied over third-party carrier networks, so speed, coverage and availability can vary by location, device, network load and local conditions.

3. Device compatibility

You must check that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked and supports the frequencies used at your destination before ordering. Device settings, regional variants and carrier restrictions can affect compatibility. We may provide compatibility guidance, but you remain responsible for confirming your exact model and lock status.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The total price is shown before you confirm payment. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; GetSimGo does not store complete card numbers or security codes.

5. Digital delivery and activation

After successful payment and provisioning, installation details are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout and, where available, to My eSIMs. You must provide an accurate email address and keep installation credentials secure. Activation timing and plan validity depend on the selected plan and are shown in its description or installation instructions.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• Do not resell, copy, tamper with or attempt unauthorized access to an eSIM or our systems.
• Protect your account and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
• Follow applicable telecommunications, sanctions, export and local laws.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. Because an eSIM is a digital product that may be provisioned immediately, your right to withdraw can be limited after delivery, installation, activation or use where applicable law permits. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Availability and changes

We may update plans, prices or availability before an order is placed. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected fraud or legal compliance. If we cannot provide a paid plan, we will offer a suitable remedy or refund as required by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, roaming charges caused by incorrect device settings, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
